Four different conference rooms are available for tenant’s free reserved use via CBRE Property Management in addition to an auditorium and training room.

An exercise room is equipped with a rowing machine, two treadmills, free weights, cable machines, and newly renovated locker rooms. This amenity is free of charge to all tenants in the Embassy Parkway Portfolio and is located at 4000 Embassy Parkway.
Walking Path
A walking trail in the parkway provides a nice amenity for tenants to get outside and be active.
Theater
The Auditorium is located at 4040 Embassy Parkway and can be reserved through on-site property management. The Auditorium can seat up to 28 people.
Training Room
A training room located at 3700 Embassy Parkway can be reserved for tenants through on-site property management. The training room can seat up to 40 people.
Cafe/Breakrooms
There are multiple common area cafes and breakrooms throughout 4 of the 7 buildings in the Portfolio. These rooms are available to all tenants. The Cafe pictured above is located in 3700 Embassy Parkway and can be reserved through on-site property management for large events. The Cafe seats up to 60 people.
